Polycrystalline Diamond Composite is manufactured using top quality synthetic diamond grit, sintered together by way of extremely high temperature and pressure to create a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) layer.
PDC is designed for oil-well bits and mining bits, which are suitable for use in soft to medium hard rock formations.
