Þ      Payment terms: 100% Irrevocable, Non-transferable, assignable, divisible letter of credit payable at sight at the presentation of shipping documents

Þ      L/C from Prime Bank

Þ      Minimum Order: 2000 MT per shipment

Þ      Maximum Order: 100000 MT/month

Þ      Mode of Purchase: allow for Single or spot shipment and 1-2 years contract

Þ      Date of delivery: 14-28 days upon receipt of confirmed L/C

Þ      Vessel traveling time: 25-30 days journey

Þ      Seller provide 2 % Performance Bond

Þ      Prices valid for 5 working days

Procedures

1.       Buyer sent LOI + Irrecoverable Purchase Order + Soft Probe Allowed

2.       Seller sends proforma Invoice, L/C Instructions, Sales agreement

3.       Buyer signs agreement and emails to seller

4.       Seller signs and sends back to buyer by email and follow by sending the hard copy by courier

5.       After 3 banking days buyer submit L/C to the sellers bank

6.       Shipment starts after 14-28 days
