An introduction to Our Australian Partner:

 

We are an Australian based funding facilitator Group who are Associates and Registered Authorised Referrers to a United Kingdom based International Financial Services Company who can provide funding to any amount, anywhere in the world, and are particularly interested in Government Guaranteed Projects and Commercial Projects of any type. The funds are available from a cartel of major banks, private lending groups, institutional lenders, pension funds and trusts located primarily in Europe and United States, with strong ties also in Asia. Once initial contact is made through our group, the client / borrower will be dealing directly with the financial services company who are acting as an arm of the powerful banking cartel as well as individual banks, pension funds, trusts etc. After full processing is complete, the borrower will be dealing directly with the bank/lender that is providing the funding.

 

The interest rate for Government Guaranteed Loans can be as low as U.S. Prime or Libor + a fraction. Terms can be up to 20 years or more. The interest rate for Commercial projects will be struck at a negotiated competitive rate commensurate with the value and strength of the project itself and overriding interest rate trends.

 

The loans will be in US Dollars, and must be repaid in US Dollars. The minimum amount to be borrowed per project is US$2 million to unlimited amounts - (Billions of Dollars) – e.g. Government backed Hydro Schemes.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The Funders are a cartel of European Banks and Private Banking and Investment Firms. The Financial Services Company is based in the United Kingdom, and act as authorised banking and lender contractors in processing applications for funding through the banking group. Our Australian partner are Associates and Authorized Registered Referrers of projects to the Financial Services Company who control the entire funding process on behalf of the Lenders.

 

LOAN RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

There are many variables that determine loan rates, and terms and conditions, i.e. project type, size and location, strength of the borrower, collateral, equity, or guarantee offered, funding source making the offer etc. Rates can be as low as US Prime or Libor + a fraction. Terms can be up to 20 years or more. Typically, international lenders will not quote this information unless they are interested to fund your project.

 

LOAN COSTS

Most real and reliable funding sources will often require that the Financial Services Company package and present the applicants project application. This will result in various costs being incurred and must be met by the borrower. If agreed by the borrower, the process will begin and culminate in funding.

The Financial Services Company works with Lenders, Brokers and Clients on a Domestic and International level to arrange in the financing of difficult to place loans. They work with several Private Investor Consortiums as well as with more traditional lending intuitions, banks, pension funds and trusts.

Briefly, the Financial Services Company / Processing Costs covers:


  • Expert advisory services to the client.
  • Private consultation to project sponsors / borrowers.
  • Guiding the preparation of the completed loan documentation package.
  • Representation by the Financial Services Company in negotiation with the lender groups, agents, institutions.
  • Application & processing fees to lenders where applicable.
  • Reviewing & qualifying documents.
  • Compiling, collating information and obtaining various references / reports.
  • Advising on procedures & protocols to be followed.
  • The Financial Services Company due diligence & legal fees.
  • Local & international communications – i.e. phone, fax, email.
  • Courier charges & compilation of information.
  • Presentation of the completed loan package.
  • Promotion and submission of clients’ completed documents.
  • Travel United Kingdom to site, local travel and accommodation.
  • Executive Allowance.

NOTE: As each project is different and individual, so are the processing costs of the actual inquiry (where applicable). In general, all costs are always agreed with a client in advance, having reviewed the size, type and complexity of the transaction.

 

The processing costs paid by a client to the Financial Services Company are FULLY REFUNDABLE and deductible from the commission received by the Financial Services Company upon the successful closing of the transaction. The process of compilation and review is both time consuming and expensive. The objective is to arrive at a successful closing of the transaction in the earliest possible time frame.
