Description: Ornament of aristocrats in the Chu State. By roundwork, bas-relief and openwork, on the screen there all together 55 animals and birds were carved, including phoenix, sparrow, deer, snake, python and frog. Some coil each other, and some fight against. The whole scene can be divided into 3 parts, i.e. heaven, earth and sea. It is said that this reveals the three-layered world philosophical concept of Chu people. The profound thought and unique plot have enhanced the art attraction of table plaque.
