Conjugated Linoleic Acid

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is an isomer of linoleic acid, which exists naturally in human and animal bodies. Many studies show that CLA is a potent antioxidant, anti- carcinogen, and anti-catabolite, as well as a powerful immune system enhancer.
Researchers have found that CLA has the functions of preventing diabetes, as well as being anti-atherogenesis and possibly anti-osteoporosis. Moreover, it also lowers body cholesterol and triglyceride levels. What is more, CLA can reduce body fat and increase lean body mass.
In addition, experiments evidence that CLA supplementation in mouse feed
reduces body fat by up to 88%, especially abdomen fat.Studies on humans indicate that 3.6g of CLA taken daily can bring about an average 20% reduction in body fat. Based on patent CN1287114, our CLA study shows that after the intake of CLA for two months, over 40 obese or overweight persons enjoyed substantial weight reduction and fat loss; especially in the abdomen, deltoids,
scapular, navel and axilla. This resulted in reinvigorating the body, and
enhancing the quality of their sleep. Our CLA can also lower blood pressure and blood sugar.
Our CLA products are distilled from safflower seed oil and sunflower seed oil using sophisticated techniques. At present, our main lines include conjugated linoleic acid oil, microencapsulated conjugated linoleic acid powder and calcium conjugated linoleic acid. These products can be used as materials for the production of health food, cosmetics and nutrition supplements, as well as food and feed additives.
