we are pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of few manufacturer and exporter in china which do business of top quality Latex bonded airlaid rollpaper material which is nonwoven and bio-environmental,it is made from fluff pulp and produced by pressed air and binder.Its character is not big different tensile strength between CD & MD and more bulkier than other products and excellent absorption and bio-environment.It is the process- products for making wet tissue,wet wipe,facial paper,etc,widely uses in the hotel,the household and so on.

Currently the largest width we can supplied of latex bonded air-laid paper is 165cm/roll and the minimum basic weight is 50gsm and the core is 76mm.Our packing is 3-5layers film plastic with caps on both sides and the core is hardened by double-faced tape.We can convert airlaid paper with laminated poly-back.

As regards embossing series on the one-side of latex bonded air-laid paper, we have four kinds of patterns as follows:

1)CLOTH    &   2)BEEHIVE     &    3)SQUARE    &    4)LACE  

For the Lace pattern,we can only offer 70g's and above,the effect of pattern will be good ,because of our print wheel was worng,althrough we have another spare wheel,but the effect is not better than the ex for the 50g to the 65g,as the gram heavy was lighter,the trace was not clearer.
