    Konjac gum of Huaxianzi company is refined from the Konjac powder which is obtained from the tube of Alpine plant-fresh Konjac.With the help of special equipment,we use alcohol to soak and purlfy the Konjac powder for three times before eliminating the impurities in the powder(such as starch,micro dust,cellulose,plgment,alkalold,etc)to get highly purified glucomannan which is a natural gle with over 90% dry matter.Nochemical additive is adopted during the whole pricessuibg oricedyre to guarantee the quality and purificationg of the products.
    Its main component is glucomannan(KGM).It is white,even and exquisite in particle,with high viscolty,quick soluble.Its swelling coefficient is over 100 times and its water solution is even,stable and odorless.
    Konjac gum is used as stablizer,suspender,thickener,gelling agent,film-former,emulsifier,quality-improver,etc in food industry (jelly,ice cream,meat products,canned products and flour products),which makes it valuable in wide applications.It is also used in medicine,chemical,light industry,textile and cosmetics,etc.
    The complex of Konjac gum and other food gum could produce complimentary effect and bring out the best elasticity and viscosity.This mixture can improve the gelling and stabillzing way,the qualabillties of Carrageenan an Xanthan gum.In this way,the quality is improved,but the cost is lowered.Therefore,it is widely used in food industry.
