~Sell~ (CA50-G9) High Strength Calcium Aluminate Cement


Raw material and fuel are well selected in order to reduce impurities. After calcined in rotary kiln with perfect temperature control, the strength of CA50-G9 is nearly doubled of that of CA50-G5, that is, the compressive strength (3d) of CA50-G9 reaches 80-95Mpa or even higher. The quality is as good as that of overseas products or even better while price is much lower.

1. Main phase is CA.
2. Rapid hardening and early strength.
3. Better setting time due to suitable mineral composition. Initial setting time is prolonged and final setting time is shortened. The shortened interval provides enough working time and reduces the maintaining time.
4. Its character and strength are more advanced than other aluminate cements.
5. Used for bind of refractory material and building mortar coagulant.
6. It is used abroad for ready-made constructional structures to speed up construction in order to raise the working efficiency, shorten the time limit for a project, save time and money.
7. It can be used in rush repairs, rush construction, sulphate-resistant projects and projects in winter etc.

We also provide the other varieties such as: (CA50-G6) Aluminate Cement (resist a high temperature at which a relative high strength still remains); (CA50-G7) Aluminate Cement. The alumina content is 50---59% in the CA50 series.

My OffersAluminate Cement is made from bauxite and limestone. The material is calcined in rotary kiln or electric furnace and turned into clinker. Then the clinker is ground into different sizes. Additives are aslo added in some varieties. Our company offers over 10 varieties of aluminate cement now. The content of alumina in our products is about 37-94% differently. It is widely used for metallurgy, chemistry, building material and fire-electricity applications. Different varieties have different characters and uses, such as self-leveling screed, directing path of satellite, refractory materials & castables, rush repairs, rush construction, sulphate-resistant projects, military project, project in winter etc.

CA65-H is made from calcining fine natural bauxite and limestone, which is called High Strength Aluminate Cement.

1. Bond of high temperature refractory.
2. Longer setting time.
3. Strength tested by 3 days and 28 days.
4. High and rapid strength in early time; higher strength in latter time.
5. Better stability in air.
6. Refractory castables used between 1300 to 1600Celsius degree can be confected according to different aggregate properties.
